Vacation rental and Airbnb cleaning in Louisville
Between checkout and the next check-in there is a fixed window. Turnover cleaning is planned around that window and the standard your listing promises.

A turnover, step by step
A rental turnover is a regular clean with a deadline and a reset on top. The team strips beds, starts laundry if there is a machine on site, cleans the kitchen and bathrooms, makes the beds, restocks what you supply, and leaves the place set out the way your photos show it.
- Strip and remake beds with your clean linen sets
- Towels replaced and folded the way your listing shows them
- Dishes washed and put away, dishwasher emptied, coffee station reset
- Bathrooms cleaned, toiletries topped up from your supply
- Trash and recycling out, fridge checked for anything left behind
- A message to you about damage, missing items or low supplies

Louisville rentals have busy weeks
Derby week and other big weekends bring back-to-back checkouts and same-day turnovers. Hosts with properties in the Highlands, Germantown, Butchertown, Old Louisville or near the airport usually set up a standing arrangement, so each checkout is cleaned without a separate request.
We handle the cleaning only. Listing rules, permits and guest communication stay with you as the host.
Questions about vacation rental cleaning
Can you clean on the same day as checkout and check-in?
Yes, when the window is long enough for the size of the property. Tell us the checkout and check-in times when you book.
Do you supply linens?
No. Hosts supply their own linen sets and toiletries, and the team uses them. Keep at least two full sets per bed so one can be washed while the other is in use.
Will you tell me about damage?
Yes. If the team finds damage or something missing, they take a photo and we send it to you that day.
Do you clean on Sundays?
Standard visits run Mon–Fri 7:30–5:30 · Sat 9–2. Ask about weekend turnovers when you set up your property; availability depends on the team near you.
