Booking
How do I book a cleaning?
Call (502) 461-8069 or use the form on any page. We ask about the home or business, give you a price, and confirm a date.
How soon can a team come?
It depends on the team near your ZIP code and the time of year. Weekday slots usually open sooner than Saturdays; late April and early May are the busiest.
Can I book the same team every time?
For recurring visits we book the same team whenever their schedule allows, and tell you before any change.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?
Two working days before the visit. Shorter notice may carry a charge, which we tell you when you book.
On the day
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave a key, a lockbox or a code. If you would like to be there for the first visit, that is fine too.
What do the teams bring?
Vacuums, mops, cloths and cleaning products. Tell us about any product preferences or sensitivities in advance.
What about pets?
Friendly pets are fine. If a pet is nervous with strangers, keep it in a closed room and tell us which one so it is cleaned around.
Will the team clean up after my party, including dishes?
A one-time clean can include a sink of dishes and the kitchen reset; tell us when you book so time is allowed.
Price and payment
Is the price fixed?
Yes, the quote is a flat price per visit for the agreed checklist. If the job turns out very different from what was described, we call before going further.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Kentucky taxes residential and commercial cleaning at 6% under KRS 139.200, and it appears as a separate line.
How do I pay?

Business cleaning
Do you clean offices and shops?
Yes. Offices, retail spaces, studios, church halls, common areas and the front areas of medical and dental practices.
Can cleaning happen after hours?
Yes. Most business cleaning happens after closing or before opening.
Do we need a long contract?
No long contract. The scope lists the notice period if you want to stop.
Trust and problems
Who does the cleaning?
Independent local cleaning teams that we have checked: registered with the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission and carrying liability insurance.
What if something is missed?
Call within a day and we arrange for the team to come back and fix it.
What if something is damaged?
Tell us straight away with a photo. We take it up with the team and its insurer and keep you updated.
