How a booking works

Most people want two things settled before a stranger walks into their house: what it will cost and who is coming. The steps below are built around answering both early.

1

You describe the place

Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, rough square footage, or for a business the rooms and hours. A call takes about five minutes; the form takes less.

2

We send a price and a date

A flat price for the visit with the sales tax shown, and the earliest open day for a team near your ZIP code.

3

The team arrives equipped

They bring vacuums, cloths and products, work through the agreed checklist room by room and lock up if you are out.

4

You check it and tell us

If a room falls short of the checklist, call within a day and we arrange for the team to come back and put it right.

Ask for a cleaning quote

Homes and businesses both welcome. Four short fields; we call you back with questions and a price before anything is booked.

Why book through Cleanridge

One contact for the booking, the price and any problem

Cleanridge is a Louisville booking service. We do not send a different stranger each time and hope for the best: we line up independent local cleaning teams, check that each one is registered with the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission and carries liability insurance, and keep track of which team cleaned which home.

  • A written price before the visit, tax shown separately
  • The same team for repeat visits whenever their schedule allows
  • A re-clean of any missed area reported within a day
  • Homes, apartments, offices and shops handled under one phone number
How Cleanridge works
Before you book

Questions Louisville callers ask first

Who actually cleans my house?

An independent cleaning team from the Louisville area that we have checked and booked for you. Cleanridge takes your request, sets the price and the date with you, and stays your contact afterwards; the team that cleans your home does the work itself. The referral disclosure page spells this out.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No. Plenty of people leave a key or a door code and go to work. If you would rather be there for the first visit to show the team around, say so when you book and we will plan for it.

Do the teams bring their own supplies?

Yes: vacuums, mops, cloths and cleaning products come with the team. If someone in the house reacts to scents, or you want your own products used on a particular surface, tell us and we pass it on.

Is there sales tax on house cleaning in Kentucky?

Yes. Since July 1, 2018, KRS 139.200 lists residential and commercial cleaning among the services taxed at Kentucky's 6% rate. We show that tax as its own line so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Can you clean an office or a shop too?

Yes. Offices, small shops, studios, church halls, building common areas and the front areas of medical and dental practices are booked the same way: a short call or a walkthrough, a written scope, then a schedule that fits your hours.

What happens when I call after hours?

This phone line never clocks out. An automated receptionist answers, takes your name, number and what you need, and we call you back once the working day starts. Cleaning visits themselves run Mon–Fri 7:30–5:30 · Sat 9–2.
