- This site is a booking and marketing service. cleanridgehome.com takes cleaning requests for homes and businesses in Louisville, Jefferson County, Bullitt County and Oldham County, Kentucky.
- Independent businesses do the cleaning. Each booking is carried out by an independent local cleaning business, not by employees of the operator of this website. Before we send work to a business, we ask for its Louisville Metro Revenue Commission registration and proof of liability insurance.
- How a team is chosen. The assignment depends on the service, the address and which team has the date open.
- How we are paid. When a booking goes ahead, the cleaning business may pay us a referral or marketing fee. That arrangement is between us and the business; it does not change the price you are quoted.
- Calls and measurement. Calls are answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded, with a notice at the start. We count calls, forms and page visits with privacy-respecting tools to see which pages produce requests. The privacy policy has the detail.
- You can ask who is coming. Before the visit we will tell you which business is assigned, and you may ask for its insurance details.
- You are free to compare. Getting another quote is reasonable, and we will not discourage it.
- Advertising. This site may appear in search results or paid listings. Any advertising service receives only what it needs to run and measure that advertising.
