A Louisville booking service for home and business cleaning
Cleanridge takes your request, sets a fair price, books a vetted local cleaning team and stays your contact until the job is right. Here is exactly how that works.
What Cleanridge is, and is not
Cleanridge Home Cleaning is a booking and customer-service business for cleaning in Louisville and the surrounding counties. We are not a franchise and we are not a staffing agency. The cleaning itself is done by independent local cleaning teams; we arrange the work, agree the price with you, and handle anything that needs fixing afterwards. The referral disclosure sets out how we are paid.
How a team gets onto our list
- The team shows us its Louisville Metro Revenue Commission registration. Kentucky has no state license for cleaning, but every business working in Louisville Metro must register there.
- It shows current liability insurance.
- It agrees to work from our written checklists for each service, and to come back when a missed area is reported within a day.
- It tells us which parts of the three counties it can reach, so bookings go to a team that is actually nearby.
What we keep track of
For every booking we record the address, the agreed checklist, the price and the team that cleaned. That way a repeat visit can go to the same team, and if something goes wrong we know who to speak to.
Homes and businesses
Most of our bookings are houses and apartments, but offices, shops, church halls and building common areas are booked the same way. See all cleaning services.
Hours
This phone line never clocks out: an automated receptionist answers whenever you ring and passes the details on. Cleaning visits take place Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Business cleaning outside those hours is arranged in the scope.
