Returns your call during working hours, prepares the flat price with the 6% sales tax line, and confirms the date with a cleaning team near your ZIP code.
Cleaning team
An independent local cleaning business, registered with the Louisville Metro Revenue Commission and insured. It brings its own equipment and works from the written checklist for your service.
Follow-up and complaints
Takes reports of missed areas and damage, arranges return visits, and sees each complaint through the steps in the complaints policy.
Business accounts
For offices, shops and janitorial contracts: walks the space or takes the detailed call, writes the scope and schedule, and handles invoicing.
