Office cleaning in Louisville
From a three-desk suite in St. Matthews to a floor of an older Downtown building: desks, kitchens, restrooms and floors done while the office is empty.

The standard office checklist
- Empty trash and recycling, replace liners
- Dust and wipe desks that are cleared, monitors left untouched unless you ask
- Kitchen or break room: counters, sink, microwave, outside of the fridge, table
- Restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, restock paper and soap from your supply
- Vacuum carpet, mop hard floors, spot-clean glass doors and partitions
- Door handles, light switches and shared phones wiped

How often
An office of a handful of people often needs a visit once or twice a week. Busier offices, or ones where clients come in every day, usually book three or five evenings. The visit length follows the floor area and the number of restrooms and kitchens, not the headcount alone.
Confidential paperwork and equipment
Teams do not move papers on desks, open drawers or touch computers. Desks that are cleared get wiped; desks that are not are left alone. If you have a server closet or a records room that should stay locked, tell us and it stays off the list.

Questions about office cleaning
Can the cleaning happen during the workday?
It can, though most offices prefer evenings or early mornings. A daytime visit focuses on kitchens, restrooms and common areas so desks are not disturbed.
Do you supply paper towels and toilet paper?
We restock from your supply. If you want us to arrange supplies, we can quote that separately.
Can you clean a medical or dental office?
We clean waiting rooms, reception, restrooms and staff areas. Clinical rooms are only included under a written scope agreed with your practice.
What if we need an extra visit before an inspection or event?
Call and we will add a one-off visit at the same rate when a team is free.
