Who you are dealing with
Cleanridge Home Cleaning arranges cleaning in Louisville, Jefferson County, Bullitt County and Oldham County, Kentucky. The cleaning is carried out by an independent cleaning business assigned to your booking, as described on the referral marketing disclosure.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Give at least two working days' notice to move or cancel a visit. Later notice, or a team arriving to find it cannot get in, may be charged; any such charge is stated when you book.
Quotes
A quote is a flat price for a stated checklist at a stated address. It assumes the property matches the description given. If it does not, the team stops and we contact you before any extra work is done or charged. Kentucky's 6% sales tax on cleaning services (KRS 139.200) is listed as a separate line.
Access, pets and safety
You are responsible for providing access as agreed, for securing valuables and for telling us about pets, alarms and hazards. Teams will not move heavy furniture, climb onto roofs, or handle mold, sewage or biohazard material.
Payment
Payment terms, including when payment is due and the methods available, are confirmed with your quote. Business clients are invoiced as set out in their written scope.
Missed areas and damage
Report any area left short of the checklist within one day of the visit, and we arrange a return visit for that area. Report damage as soon as you find it, with a photo; claims are handled with the cleaning business and its insurer, as the complaints policy describes.
